Welcome to Xiamen Fengtong Crafts Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all B2B transactions, including wholesale orders, OEM projects, and sourcing services.
1. Order Acceptance & Confirmation
1.1. All orders are subject to acceptance by Xiamen Fengtong Crafts Co., Ltd. An order is considered confirmed only when a Proforma Invoice (PI) is signed by both parties and the required deposit is received.
1.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to production capacity constraints, material shortages, or errors in product pricing.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment terms are:
- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance against the copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).
- L/C (Letter of Credit): Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for orders exceeding $20,000 USD.
2.2. All bank charges outside China are for the account of the buyer.
3. Samples & OEM Policy
3.1. Sample Fee: Samples are charged at 2-3 times the unit price. The sample fee is refundable if a bulk order (meeting MOQ) is placed for that specific item.
3.2. Freight: All sample shipments are "Freight Collect." The buyer must provide a courier account (FedEx, DHL, UPS) or arrange pick-up.
3.3. OEM Designs: For custom designs, the buyer warrants that they hold the necessary intellectual property rights. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) upon request to protect your exclusive designs.
4. Production & Shipping
4.1. Lead Time: Standard production lead time is 45-60 days after receipt of deposit and sample approval. Peak season orders (July-Oct) may require 75-90 days.
4.2. Incoterms: Our standard quotation is based on FOB Xiamen, China. Other terms (EXW, CIF, DDP) can be negotiated upon request.
4.3. We are not liable for delays caused by Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, port strikes).
5. Quality Claims & Returns
5.1. We inspect goods strictly before shipment. However, due to the fragile nature of polyresin/fiber clay, minor breakage (under 3%) is generally considered industry standard.
5.2. Any claim regarding quality or quantity must be made in writing within 14 days after the goods arrive at the destination port.
5.3. Claims must be supported by clear photos or videos showing the damage. Approved claims will be settled via credit note for the next order or replacement in the next shipment.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.
