2. Sculpting / Modeling

Depending on the style, we use 3D printing for precision or hand-sculpting for natural, organic looks.

3. Mold & Sample

We open the master mold and produce a painted pre-production sample for your final sign-off.

4. Mass Production

Once approved, we launch production with strict QC, ensuring consistency with the signed sample.

Sculpting/Modeling: 7-10 days. Mold making & Painting: 7-10 days. Total sample lead time is usually 2-3 weeks.

Yes. Before we open the hard mold, we will send you photos of the clay sculpt. You can request adjustments to shape and details until you are satisfied.

Yes. If you pay the development fee, the mold and design belong exclusively to you. We will not sell it to other customers.

Yes, protecting your Intellectual Property (IP) is our priority. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before viewing your designs.

Yes. We will refund the development fee once your cumulative order quantity for that item reaches the agreed target.
